    **IMPORTANT PREFACE:** I'm sure that group members have noticed my recent surge of enthusiasm. Direct and indirect energy is feeding this momentum, but so have several special ritual participants. To the RITES men who are inspiring the RITES women (and all gender spectrum members) - thank you! You'll be grateful to know that I can't keep disgorging lengthy associative information like this forever. Life and Love will temper my current mania. However, I believe the energetic egregore we have created here will be sustained by both new and long term members. **To that end I am thrilled to announce two ~new~ RITES cauldrons!** One, @LadyLynDePomona has been with Temple Terra Incognita for over 12 years and is a Core member. So is her life partner @phoenix_spirit who has been gracious enough to support his beloved to become more involved here, despite their own wonderful, but time-consuming work in Ohio. To me, LadyLyn has long embodied the ideal of a Qadishtu Priestess and her work via TTI, the POTQ and GLEE affirms this. Welcome! The other, @Zoe_Sarx has only been affiliated with TTI for a short while, but her Qadishtu fervor is something to behold. She is the classic old soul in a young vessel and has impressive knowledge born of experience and earth spirituality traditions, that few twice her age ever attain. I love that Zoe is humble and able to be a student, as well as be a Temple guide/teacher for others who are new to sacred sexuality practices. Dive deeper and Welcome! Malu did this well in her own fashion and I'm going to encourage all cauldrons, including Elle_D_Or, to do the same. I asked Elle_D_Or to pull intent and two cards fell from her Tarot Art Nouveau deck by Lo Scarabeo. They were an odd tandem, so Elle put them back in and re-shuffled. You know where I'm going, what are the odds - she pulled them both again! OBVIOUS MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSE What pray tell were these cards? Two Adonis-like, mostly naked muscle men, wielding phallic symbols - a sword and a rod. Tom of Finland testosterone infused beefcake. In Greek mythology, Adonis became the God of beauty and desire. He was originally the mortal lover of the Goddess Aphrodite and died in her arms, only to be transformed by her divine tears and restored seasonally by Hades, God of the Underworld ... Lucifer's turf. Court cards in tarot can be difficult to interpret, but these were easy. First and foremost, they were labeled "knaves" in English. Not the traditional "page" (messenger or servant). The French, German, Spanish and Italian labels all translate to "jack." The noun Jack has been used to refer generally to a man, and especially an ill-mannered or obnoxious fellow, since at least the 1600s. Definitions for knave are even worse. So what do the Knave of Swords and Knave of Wands waving their dicks at us mean? Wands are creative and sexual (fire), while Swords are intellectual (air). They are protective symbols used for defense *and* destructive symbols employed in offense - vulnerability is definitely an issue here. The most positive concepts that they both have in common is: new ideas, approaches and perspectives. Thus our broad intent mantra keyword is PERSPECTIVE. The [yantra depicted here][] is explained in my comment and there are some Oryter profile support uploads regarding mudras, that we don't normally employ. They may be of use to focus calming energy, ritually symbolize Luciferian knowledge/wisdom and partially balance the intense, threatening yang energy with soothing yin energy. To further balance the yang impact, I've added a sincerely loving image with a hidden gun. EPILOGUE: TempleWhore's PERSPECTIVE on our October 6th New Moon Rite CONTEXT: Gods are the ultimate Dominant and will choose lucky mortals to own and establish food cycles to which Their mortals will provide life force. The God's relationship to the human can be parasitic as They feed on that life force, but even a God will ultimately submit and sacrifice Its food to a Universal Mission. The greater the Mission, the stronger the need for a Mighty God and Its devoted human supplicant to fuel its purpose. As Missions go, they are to mortal humans as trees are to myriad life forms that provide synergic energetic fuel and contribute to a wider cycle of life. Successful cycles built by a skillful God ultimately provides great blessings that flows from Universe through God to mortal then back from mortal to God to Universe. There's something in it for everyone. The orgasm is a means to provide the energy and fuel. I'll take this slow: The orgasm happens during the transference of energy which is saturated Desire. Desire is fuel for the Divine to satisfy Its Mission. The richest and most effective energy comes out from women. Why? because the womb is the source of the energy that provides the force for Life. Those hooked into Gods are the Priesthood. The Priesthood will create the avenue for the orgasm to go to the Gods and thus a Universal Mission. The Transference of Divine energy creates attachments and bonds so this could be dangerous. You know you're doing it right when you become closer to the Gods, not a Priest or Priestess. The worse thing you can do, the very worse thing is to have an orgasm at the God's expense. The attachment then becomes an addiction to the Desire. The attachment isn't to the Priesthood holder but to the orgasm itself. The Desire will circle back and become a consummate hunger for more. The energy then doesn't feed a Mission that provides blessings for a community, but more to satisfy one's own genitals. This happens through unskilled ritual. How does this work for the Moon rituals? MOON RITE: On Wednesday 6Oct21, @Oryter, High Priest of Terra Incognita asked @Elle_D_Or to pull the card for October's New Moon. Elle pulled two cards from which David received the word for this cycle as PERSPECTIVE. Terra Incognita's God is the Fertility Sumerian God, Dumuzi. He chose me as his High Priestess for this Temple and as such I manifest his beloved Inanna, especially during the moons. There was a time when Terra Incognita was a 2 story building whose top floor sustained the Temple and its community gatherings which were always orgasmically driven. Llyris, a beautiful Wiccan 3d degree High Priestess came to us and taught us how to create and perform Rites. I was never particularly bisexual, but bisexuality became an occupational hazard as I would orally collect energy through orgasms from women to feed our God. The God in turn would feed His Mission. Occasionally a man would come to the altar after he'd pleased enough women and then release the energy to me. David would then consummate the psychic ovum created by the women and through his semen would provide a Magical Child or in other words, manifest a pre-established intent. That's when I was the Central Cauldron and The Whore of Babylon - and yes, those orgasms provided the participants "miracles" in their personal lives. Everyone was rewarded. RITES FOR THE MORNING STAR I'll be 70 on my next birthday and now have arthritic knees. The baton of primary Cauldron and title of Babylon's Whore for TTI went from @LadyErotique to @Elle_D_Or while @LadyLynDePomona and her beloved @phoenix_spirit assisted as core members. Since 2018 we've expanded Temple Moon workings to RITES FOR THE MORNING STAR and added auxillary Cauldrons to collect indirect energy in this group egregore. I-CHING - Restriction As I've croned, I've morphed into an oracle. My tool for the Temple's divination are yarrow sticks for the Rites (not I-Ching coins) to provide the Divine a means to give us advice for the moons --- which should contribute to our individual Perspectives. Coins take 3 minutes to create its Hexagram, sticks take 15-20 minutes. Sticks mean we invest more in the question and they demand patience. This new moon, we got 60 Jie (Restriction) which was combined with David's Perspective. We had the 2nd line changing making the Hexagram from 60 to 3 or Difficult Beginnings. Its Interpretation was Restriction provided for Difficult Beginnings. Preface: Speaking to the uniting of our community in Fet it says "After people are reunited, their gatherings must be maintained through certain measure; consequently restriction appears." The extended meaning of Jie is to restrict, to regulate development or actions before they surpass a limit and go too far. The world is an ocean of water regulated by a marsh that brings the water in moderation. And Further, a gate that regulates the water from the Marsh controlled by the Priesthood who is responsible for opening and closing the gate. This is telling us our new community is formed by restrictions: Ocean, Marsh, Gate. It talks then about restriction as it's applied rigidly or moderately according to circumstances. Moderate application brings smooth progress, rigidity does not permit persistence. The second line changes: which means a Priesthood that is not leaving the front door yard where the Temple meets the world. This is because we have not yet learned how to open and close the door according to regulations (restrictions). This has happened as we have lost our timing. We will attain enlightenment if we restrict our actions according to regulations provided in my explanation in this post and act at the right time (For Rituals). BRINGING IT HOME - A MYTH If you were to look at the Temple complex, you'd see large fortresses feeding into a Central large Monolith with rays shooting up into the sky - with Venus at its apex of its Axis Mundi. The Monolith rose from the womb of Lilith and was inseminated by Dumuzi. Inanna sits in a large thrown by a humungus bowl made of gold that takes up at least half the room where Elle, the embodiment of Nereida/Ninshubur soaks after energizing their moon. Her bowled bath is always filled with elixirs and perfumes by her chief attendant, the vibrant @Zoe_Sarx who provides large vases of oil to Ninshubur's forever vigilant and loving Enki. Enki pours oils on her, smoothing the fluids down her back to sooth the aching body after such a formidable feeding the rites. Elle's quite exhausted now, leaning back into his touch. Sitting quietly at Enki's feet is a lovely Panther that he affectionately calls Lolo (@Miss_Lolo12), a sensual feline with her sleek black coat and copper collar. The Future? Inanna has 4 Chevalier's who are working Guardians stationed as elements facing each direction around her Throne: @Shadowdrake in East, the Dark Priest overseeing proceeds with his powerful psyche; Zorander13, Druidic Priest standing guard at the south burning with his unequivocal passion; @AkiroAgora chanting with all his heart to the great Goddess Lilith; and finally for Earth Inanna's mortal High Priest of her Circle In The Grove coven is @Foresttrail. The great mage, @Balloonkiller enters the room to confer with Enki and Ninshubur about important worldly matters and @boo56 is putting away his instruments to be brought out again when the moon is full. @elepet has made drawings of his devotion to the Divine feminine. Cauldrons past (@M4Malu - how/where are you?, @Princessa-Lolita - XO and GOMORY-LIVES), present and future are all open for your energetic offerings. There is a young man (@maturelover1991) entering the inner sanctuary from India following a dark and formidable Kali. He came for the last moon and has stayed through the several banquets as knowing looks are passed between Inanna and Zoe. They have plans for this young man and hope to entice Shakti to find a home here where he will find rest, healing and nurturance. Inanna looks out at her Ritual Hall and thinks about those that have left and she hopes will return some day, but for now, she is thrilled for those here that fill her with hope and love. She glances to her Chevalier in the West. AkiroAgora has not been well as of late. She rises from her seat and walks to Ninshubur and whispers in her ear. Ninshubur gives Inanna a small cup of the fluid from her bath and she approaches her dear knight of love and tells him to drink and heal. He's precious to her and would hate to see him suffer.   • Meditations on the Tarot anonymously written by Valentin Tomberg (XIV TEMPERANC pp. 373-398)

    Dear Unknown Friend, The Card of the fourteenth Major Arcanum of the Tarot places us in the presence of an Angel in a robe which is half red and half blue, who is accomplishing – or presiding over the accomplishment of – a strange act, where he is pouring colourless water from one vase to another, or rather he is making it gush almost horizontally between the two vases, at an angle of about 45 degrees, the vases being held at a considerable distance from one to another. [373-374] An intellectual shock!...and therefore an arcanum – something which one has to take hold of an apprehend beyond the usual place of experience and thought. This invites us, therefore, to profound meditation—to a spiritual exercise. Let us follow this invitation. What is the problem that the Card – its whole context—arouses spontaneously in the mind of he who looks at it attentively? What is the message of the Angel with two wings, in the red and blue robe, holding two vases, one red and one blue, and making water gush in a mysterious way from one vase to the other? Is he not the one who bears the good news that beyond the duality of “either-or” the totality of the Card, the Angel of the Card, suggest the problem of cooperating polarity, or integrated duality? Does it not first of all suggest the presentiment or suspicion that perhaps it is thanks to the two wings, the two arms, the two colours of the robe, the two vases, that the water pours forth?...that this water is the fruit and the gift of the “both-and” of integrated duality, which jumps to one’s attention as one looks at the Card? Thus the idea which is presented first of all to the mind, in the presence of the Card of the fourteenth Arcanum, belongs to the range of ideas relating to polarity and what this latter offers in possibilities for the spiritual knowledge and realization—mystical, gnostic and magical—of the Hermeticist [before the OTO.] In preceding Letters there has already been the question, in diverse connections, of a twofold polarity that of “polemic” (war), which produces energy of an “electrical” kind, and that of cooperation or “peace”, which releases force of a “vital” nature. Now, the Angel of the Card of the fourteenth Arcanum invites us to return to the problem of this double polarity and twofold dynamic in promising to throw new light on this subject. Let us return to this [later]. An expert of the first order in spiritual life and authentic spiritual experience, St. Bernard of Clairvaux, has bequeathed to posterity a doctrine of fundamental importance. This is his doctrine of the divine image and likeness of man. This doctrine lends itself admirably to serve as a point of departure for a thorough-going investigation of this twofold polarity. The following are its essential points: God made man “in his image and likeness” (Genesis I, 26). The divine image and the divine likeness coincided in the first man, before the original sin. But their coincidence did not persist after the Fall. The image has remained intact, but the initial likeness ahs been lost. Man is, following the original sin, to the “disfigurement of unlikeness”, whilst conserving the image. Maan was made in the image and likeness of God: in image he possess freedom of will, and in likeness he possesses virtures. The likeness has been destroyed; however, man conserves the image. The image can be burn in hell, but not consumed. It is damaged but not destroyed. Through fate as such it is not effaced, but subsists. [374-375] image. It is not so with the likeness. This remains in the soul which accomplishes the good; in the soul which sins it is wretchedly transformed. The soul which has sinned ranks with beasts devoid of intelligence. (St. Bernard of Clarvaux, Sermon on the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary; French trsl. M.M. Davy, Oeuvres de St. Bernard, vol. i. p. 106) According to St. Bernard, the image is therefore the essential structure of the human being and the likeness in him is the totality of functions or the functional structure. It is the essential structure of the human being, the image, which is indestructible and which establishes freedom in an inalienable and irremovable way. Man is free, and remains so through all eternity—on earth, in hell, in purgatory, in heaven—always and everywhere. Freedom is there an absolute fact. As such, it entails immortality—the argument that one finds again in Immanuel Kant’s Critique of Practical Reason, for what is his “categorical imperative” if not the divine image in man? With respect to the likeness of totality of functions of the human being, a hotbed of sin, with its attractions towards evil, has taken root there. And it is immortal only in proportion to the measure that it conforms again to its image. Its immortality is optional. This is the essence of St. Bernard’s doctrine. It gives rise to the question: If the divine image in man has not undergone any weakening of the divine likeness in him has partly abrogated and has had to make way for inclinations and habits tending towards evil, is there something in human life which counterbalances the bad inclinations in man’s functional organism, opposing good inclinations them? There is certainly something added to man’s functional organism to play in it the role of counterweight to the leverage of vicious inclinations and habit which have become established since the primordial Fall. This is the Guardian Angel. The guardian Angel accompanies as a faithful ally the divine image in man, just as vicious inclinations have made their way into the human functional organism which was, before the Fall, the divine likeness. The guardian Angel undertakes the functions, destroyed by original sin, in the likeness, and fills the breach wrought by them. He substitutes himself for functions destroyed through the Fall. As the prayer of the service of aspersion (that I have put at the head of this Letter) states it, in praying to God “to deign to send from heaven his holy Angel to guard, protect, visit and defend all those who are gathered together in this place”, the Angel acquits his charge in five ways; he guards, cherishes, protects, visits and defends. He is therefore a “flaming star”, a luminous pentagram, above man. He guards memory, i.e. the continuity of the great past in the present, which is the preparation fo the great future. [375-376] It is the guardian Angel who takes care that there is a connection between the great “yesterday, today and tomorrow” of the human soul. He is a perpetual “memento” with regard to the primordial likeness, with regard to the eternal mission assigned to the soul in the cosmic symphony, and with regard to the special room for the soul “in my Father’s house, where there are many rooms” (John xiv, 2). It is necessary, the guardian Angel awakens recollections of the soul’s previous earthly lives, in order to establish continuity of endeavors – of the quest and aspiration of the soul from life to life – so that particular lives are not merely isolated episodes but constitute the stages of a single path towards one sole end. The guardian Angel cherishes the endeavor quest and aspiration of the soul engaged on this way. This means to say that he fills in the breaks in the psychic functional organism due to the disfigurement of the likeness, and makes up for its failings—given the soul’s good will towards it. For support never signiffes substitution of the Angel’s will for that of man. The will remains free, always and everywhere. The guardian Angel never touches on man’s free will and resigns himself to await the decision or choice made in the inviolable sanctuary of free will—in order to lend his assistance immediately if it is just, or to remain a pssive observer reduced alone to prayer if it is not. Just as the guardian Angel is sometimes constrained not to participate in the soul’s activity—this activity not being in accord with the divine image of the soul—so also he can sometimes take a greater part in human activity than usual—this activity being of a nature not simply permitted but also called for. Then the guardian Angel descends from the point of his ordinary post into the domain of human activity. He then visits the human being. Such “visits” of the guardian Angel do sometimes take place—when their possibility and necessity coincide. But what the guardian Angel does unceasingly is to protect the human being. Here he makes up for the failings of the human sense., which are deprived of their clairvoyance from before the original sin. He is the clairvoyant helping the non-clairvoyant with respect to psychic and physical temptations and dangers. He warns, informs and helps to appreciate. Nevertheless, St. Anthony the Great said, “without temptation there is not spiritual progress”. Temptation belongs as an integral part to the exercise of human free will, which is inviolable—both for an Angel and for a demon. With respect to the last of the five functions of the guardian Angel concerning man, namely his defense it differs from the others in that it is turned above, towards heaven, and is not longer directed below or horizontally. To dealing with the question of the defense that the guardian Angel accords to his protégé, we approach the holy mystery of the very heart of the guardian Angel. For the nature of Angelic love is revealed here, of which the following are some indications. Guardian Angels remain above their proteges. This means to say, amongst other things, that they screen him from heaven, from the look directed below from above. [376-377] The fact that human beings on earth are screened by their guardian Angels from Divine Justice signifies—other than guarding, supporting, protecting and contacting—that guardian Angels are the defenders, the advocates, of man before Divine Justice. Just as Moses said to the LORD, when the children of Israel had committed the mortal sin of having preferred a god made of gold to the Living God.”…but now, if thou wilt forgive their sin—and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written (Exodus xxxii, 32), so do guardian Angels “cover” their protégé before the face of Divine Justice. This amounts to the declaration—whether explicit or implicit is not important—“Forgive them their sins. If not, efface us from the Book of Life that you have written.” This is the defense of guardian Angels for their protégé. The guardian Angel covers his protégé with his wings, in conferring on him his own merits before the eyes of Divine Justice and also in tking on himself the faults of his protégé before the eyes of Divine Justice. It is as if he says, “if the lightning of divine wrath must strike my protégé, my child, may it strike me instead of him—of if he must be struck, may it strike both of us together!” The guardian Angel defends his protégé like a mother defends her child, without regard to whether he may be good or bad. It is the mystery of maternal love which lives in the heart of the guardian Angel. Not all Angels are guardian Angels; there are others who have diverse missions. But guardian Angels, in so far as they are guardian Angels, are “mothers” of their proteges. This is why traditional art presents them as winged females. And this is why the Card of the fourteenth Arcanum of the Trot also openly presents the Angel as a winged female, dressed in a woman’s robe, half-blue and half red. Guardian Angels—or should I use the feminine form, “Angelines”?—are the manifestation of high and pure maternal love. For this reason the Holy Virgin and Mother of God bears the liturgical title Regina Angelorum – ”queen of the Angels”. It is the maternal love in her that she has in common with the guardian Angels and which, in surpassing theirs, makes her their queen. There are, as I said above, other Angels who are not guardian Angels. I am not speaking of the eight celestial hierarchies above that of the Angels; I am speaking solely of the hierarchy of the Angels, I.e. of the ninth celestial hierarchy. There are Angels who are “messengers”, i.e. “Angels” (angelois – “messengers” in Greek) in the proper sense of the word; there are Angels with special missions and tasks – Angels of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, the Virgin, Death, Life, Karma, Relationship between spheres [Gatekeepers], Revelations of Wisdom, Knowledge, Ascetic Discipline – and many others. Many of them represent paternal loves, or rather fraternal love. Here I do not want to say anything either for or against what Swedenborg says concerning the sex of Angels, but what I would like to portray here is the maternal love of guardian Angels, and that there are other Angels who represent paternal love and also fraternal love. [377-378] And it is in this sense and only in this sense – that I would like you, dear Unknown Friend, to think of the Angels as entities in whom prevails either the tenderness of maternal love or the justice of paternal love. For what it is a matter of is not to project earthly sexuality upon heaven, but rather, on the contrary, to see in the former a reflection—although often disfigured—of the polarity from above. I may add that the Jewish Kabbala [The Zohar is not synonymous with the Kabbalah so let’s just refer to the Zohar] —above all the Zohar – teaches admirably the lesson of thinking of things here below as the reflection of things from above, and not inversely. The Zohar is truly one of the better schools of purity and chastity concerning all that relates to husband and wife, father and mother, son and daughter, fiance and fiancee, at one and the same time in the spiritual, soul and physical worlds. For true chastity is not to refuse to look at and to see, or even to deny, but rather to see the celestial prototypes through and beyond things here below. And it is this chastity that one finds and apprehends in the Zohar, the Book of Splendor of the Jewish Kabbalah. But let us return to Guardian Angels. The Angels, including guardian Angels, live and move exclusively in the vertical Ascent and descent constitute the law of their life, their respiration. They ascent towards God, they descend towards mankind. It is said that the Angels are in perpetual contemplation of God. They are, if one understands by contemplation the state of being in permanent contact with the Holy Trinity and of being blinded by its light. It is the “dark contemplation” of which St. John of the Cross spoke which is that of the Angels. They do not see God; they are united to him substantially. With respect to guardian Angels, neither do they see one another, nor do they see entities of the other hierarchies – Archangels, Principalities, Powers, Virtues, Dominions, Thrones, Cherubim and Seraphim. For the presence of transcendental divine light in them envelops in darkness their perception of the intermediary spheres between God and mankind. It is the latter sphere that they see, or rather the “spheres” of their proteges. It is here that they make use of this clairvoyance, which the human being – who has lost it -- has need of for the protection it affords. It is here also that the Angels display the geniality of synthetic and profound understanding – without parallel – which has merited them, on the part of human beings, with the attribute of “omniscience”. They are not omniscient but the facility with which they orientate themselves in human things and grasp them – at contact with which their “dark” divine wisdom become resplendent – has so impressed human beings who have had the experience of consciously meeting with them that they have been led to consider them as omniscient. It is to this impression that has been gained of Angels that the word genius” owes its original meaning, namely that of superhuman intelligence. But—and this is the tragic side of Angelic existence—this geniality shows up only when the human being has need of it, when he makes room for the flashing forth of its illumination. The Angel depends on man in his creative activity. If the human being does not ask for it, if he turns away from him, the Angel has no motive for creative activity. He can then fall into a state of consciousness where all his creative geniality remains in potential and does not manifest. It is a state of vegetation or “twilight existence”, comparable to sleep from the human point of view. An Angel who has nothing to exist for is a tragedy in the spiritual world. [This is true. You could be bleeding in the middle of online traffic and your Guardian Angel can’t do a thing without asking them for help.] [179] Therefore, dear Unknown Friend, think of your guardian Angel, think of him when you have problems, questions to resolve, tasks to accomplish, plans to formulate, cares and fears to appease! Think of him as a luminous cloud of maternal love above you, moved by the sole desire to serve you and to be useful to you. Do not allow the scruple to arise in you, however noble it may be, that when you appeal to your guardian Angel you are allowing an entity to come between you and God who is not God, and that therefore you abandon the aspiration to immediate contact between your soul and God—to the authentic touch of God, without intermediary! For the guardian Angel will never interpose himself between your soul in any way, even to an infinitesimal degree, to impede the occurrence of the “song of songs” of your soul and God! He has no other concern than to make these immediate and authentic contacts possible, to render your soul disposed to them—and he withdraws as soon as his Lord and yours draws near to your soul. The guardian Angel is the friend of the bride at the spiritual marriage of the soul and God. Just as the friend of the husband who “prepared the way of the Lord and made his paths straight” was obedient to the law of the fiend of the husband—“He must increase, but I must decrease” (John iii, 30)—so does the friend of the bride, who prepares the way of the Lord and makes his paths straight, obey the same law. The guardian Angel withdraws before the approach of One who is greater than he. [I remember when Nerieda’s contact was fairly new and she stepped back when the Guardian became more important. This is so cool!] There is what is called in Christian Hermeticism the “freeing of the guardian Angel”. The guardian Angel is freed—often in order to be able to acquit new missions—when the soul has acquired the disposition of its part of “likeness” in order to experience the Divine more intimately and more immediately, which corresponds to another hierarchical degree. Then it is an Archangel who replaces the freed guardian Angel. [This happened when “Lilith” was freed as my Maternal force and Jerusha replaced her?] Human beings whose guardian is an Archangel have not only new experiences of the Divine in their inner life, but also, through this very fact, receive a new and objective vocation. They become representatives of a human group—a nation or a human karmic community—which means to say that froandm t his time onwards their actions will no longer be purely personal but will at the same time have significance and value for those of the human community that they represent. It was so for Daniel, who in praying the following, was acting not only in his name but also—and above all—in the name of the people of Israel: …we have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from thy commandments and ordinances…Now, therefore, O our God, hearken to the prayer of they servant and to his supplications, and for the love of the Lord, cause they face to shine upon thy sanctuary, which is desolate. O my God, incline they ear and hear! Open they eyes and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name…(Daniel ix. 3, 17-18) [380] And it was the Archangel Gabriel who “came to him in swift flight at the time of the evening sacrifice…he came to give him wisdom and understanding” (Daniel ix, 21-22). Here we have an example of the freeing of the guardian Angel and of the assumption o his responsibility by an Archangel—in this case the Archangel Gabriel. It also happens sometimes that the Archangel is freed as well. Then it is an entity from the hierarchy of Powers of Elohim which replaces the Archangel. The human being then becomes a representative of the future of humanity. He lives in the present what mankind someday is due to experience in future centuries. It is thus that Moses, Elijah and David, for example, were under the protection of the wings of an Elohim – and not only their words but also their lives themselves were prophets. But one could make the objection that it is God himself who was revealed and spoke to Moses, Elijah and David, and not an entity of the hierarchy of Powers or Elohim. There is reason to reply to this objection that just as there were human prophets through whose mouths the Holy Spirit spoke, so also there were hierarchical entities through whom the Holy Spirit, the Son and the Father spoke and acted. Thus the three Angels who appeared to Abraham in the heat of the day (Genesis xviii) spoke and acted as the Holy Trinity—Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It was the holy Trinity who spoke—through them—to Abraham. Similarly, Jahve-Elohim was the “bearer” or “representative” of God – of His word and His power – in the accomplishment of the mission with which he was charged by the Holy Trinity, namely that of preparation for the Incarnation of Christ. In so far as he was an “authorized agent” representing god, Jahve-Elohim brought the providential design of the Incarnation to realization; in so far as he was an Elohim or Power, he acted as guardian entity of Moses, Elijah and David. Lastly, a guardian Elohim—and there are many of them—can also be freed. Ghen is an entity of the first hierarchy, a Seraphim, who replaces him. It was so for St. Francis of Assis. The Seraphim who gave him the teaching of the Crucifixion whereby he gained the stigmata—the Seraphim in the vision of St. Franceis—was his guardian. [Philamon gave Jung his teaching of Archetypes]. This is why St. Francis represents more than mankind, what he represents is “divinised humanity”—thisis the God-Man, Jesus Christ himself. However, stigmata are not always visible. There are stigmata, so to say, “turned outside”, and there are stigmata “turned within”—but all those who are under the guardianship of a Seraphim bear the stimata, visible or invisible,. For they represent the Christ. With respect to stigmata, this subject has been treated from a practical point of view in the fifth Letter on the Arcanum, “The Pope”. It is not fitting to treat it theoretically. Respect forbids me. The following is what St. John of the Cross said concerning the stigmata of St. Francis. It will happen that while the soul is inflamed with the love of God… [380-381] it will feel that a Seraphim is assailing it by means an arrow or dart which is all afire with love. And the Seraphim pieces and cauterizes this soul which, like a red-hot coal, or better a flame, is already enkindled. And then in this cauterisetion, when the soul is transpierced with that dart, the flame gushes forth, vehemently and with a sudden ascent…And being wounded by this fiery dart, the soul feels the wound with unsurpassable delight…God sometimes permits an effect to extend to the bodily senses to the fashion in which it existed interiorly, the wound and sore (then) appears outwardly, as happened when the Seraphim wounded St. Francis. When the soul is wounded with love by the five wounds, the effect extends to the body and these wounds are impressed on the body and it is wounded, just as the soul is wounded with love. God does not usually bestow a favour upon the body without bestowing it first and principally upon the soul. (St. John of the Cross, The Living Flame of Love ii, 9 11; trsl. K. Kavenaugh and O. Rodriguez, The Collected Works of St. John of the Cross, London, 1966, pp. 598-599) You see therefore, dear Unknown Friend, how it is with regard to the guardian Angel and the union of the soul with God. There is no reason to fear that the least hindrance to this union can ever arise on the part of the entities who are spiritual guardians of the human soul. On the contrary, rather, it is they who make it at all possible—and even beyond the possible – for the soul to be united with God in complete intimacy and with perfect authenticity and freedom. The friend of the wife only leads the wife to the husband—then she withdraws. Her joy is that of herself diminishing and of seeing that of the wife increase. The Card of the fourteenth Arcanum represents a winged female. What do the wings that she has—and the wings of hierarchical entities in general – signify? Tenacles, paws, arms, wings—are they not simply diverse forms manifesting a common prototype or principle? They are in so far as they express the desire to bear the sense of touch further, to be able to touch things more removed than those in the immediate neighborhood of the surface of the body. They are active extensions of the passive and receptive sense of touch which is spred out over the surface of the organism. In make use of them, the sense of touch makes “excursion” from its usual orbit circumscribed by the skin which covers the body. The organs of action are simply crystallised will. I walk not because I have legs but rather on the contrary, I have legs because I have the will to move above. I touch, I take and I give not because I have arms, but I have arms because I have the will to touch, to take and to give. The “what” of the will engenders the “how” of the action (the organ), and not inversely. The arms are therefore the expression of the will to bear touch further than the surface of one’s own body. They are the manifestation of extended touch, due to the will to touch things at a distance. [381-382] It is similar with wings. They are also anexteriorized will—a will become organ. This is the will to go out from the usual orbit not only in the horizontal but also in the vertical, not only to bear touch forward, but also to bear it above. Wings express the will for movement according to a cross, i.e. not only that of expansion on a plane but also that of elevation to another plane. All this is related to the whole corporeal organism, i.e. the etheric and astral bordies are well as the physical body.

    Mysticism is a biological process, not a social construct. Though attempts at figuring out how mysticism works is still illusive, using Joseph Campbell’s adroit observations of America’s Western European mystical patterns manifesting as a Hero’s Journey can be useful. To be thorough, this Journey must bridge the protagonist with their home and land they were raised on. It is from this idea that I compare the Western European cultural myth & teaching with that of the Anishinaabe, one of America’s indigenous cultures that settled in the Northern region of the United States and Southern Canada. The picture is of Sleeping Indian. It's what you see of a peninsula from the other side of the channel. My first exposure to First Nation traditions was as an undergraduate in Religious Studies at DePaul University where my focus was exploring valid spiritual perspectives outside the standard monotheistic models. After graduation, my mentor, Dr. Read advised I find “Roy,” an Anishinaabe licensed social worker who uses First Nation traditions to treat kids in crisis. I was successful in my quest, even if he was only open to answering my questions because of his great respect for Dr. Read and there was a limit to what would share with me. From the start Roy made it clear that he was not interested in defending spirit and soul to our secular society, so together we developed non-religious models around these concepts. Experiencing what spirit and soul mean is why he suggested I come to Canada to see what it is he actually does. From Roy’s perspective whenever non-Indians bring up "Indian" stuff, it’s frequently draped in vacuous fantasy and culture mongering. Indians view a Sweat as a Religious process that purifies our soul and feel it’s only acceptable when practiced with a qualified Indian trained by appropriate Elders to run the rite. There are NO religious traditions that approve of outsiders copying their practices -- and for very good reasons. For example, the Jewish Theologian, Norman Solomon wrote in the first paragraph of “Judaism, a very short Introduction” that it is impossible to teach Judaism to a society immersed in Christian concepts and ideas. Even without knowing anything about Judaism, a non-Jewish person would understand the sacrilege of counterfeiting an Ark that generally sits on an appropriate altar in a synagogue … but many seem comfortable holding a Sweat without Indian protocols. Because of these frequent violations, Roy made absolutely sure I was given initial cultural explanations over the course of a few weeks as well as rudimentary spiritual teachings before our participation with his elder teaching the lessons of which I will attempt to present here. I have asked Roy to read this article and verify what I say here is as accurately shared as possible. As proprietary as they are about their culture, I found it interesting that indigenous people in this hemisphere embrace the label Indian because they don’t view the word as pejorative, but in fact a term of respect. Roy said that we were erroneously taught that Spanish seafarers labeled the natives “Indians” because they thought they arrived in India from a Western route. This was clearly not true since India was called Hindustan in the 15th Century; but the explorers found the land here so beautiful it was almost divine. Therefore Indian means something like “People from Eden.” I must concur that the journey to the Sweat was entrancing and Eden-like, especially driving north along the western shores of Lake Superior from Duluth, Minnesota to Thunder Bay Canada. The land is a blissful stage for First Nation teachings and their applications on how Spirit relates to Tribe (Community), Stories (what I’m doing here), Ritual (creating a beginning, middle and end context around a crisis), and the Sweat (a mode of reconciliation and purification). The Mystery (Spirit) and SWEAT is my “telling” as long as all of us understand that what I’m about to say is going through my filters about what I experienced. Roy explained that Spirit’s natural way of being is balance. To reach this balance it must reconcile itself in the world in four ways … imagine four concentric circles. The first and innermost circle is my “self” as it aligns with the intellectual, emotional and physical parts of the psyche and how it relates to our “Soul.” After we balance our selves, this soul then aligns with the spirits of our immediate family and tribe, then every other soul in the world and finally with the stars and ancestors. My growing understanding of universal interconnections, prepared me for a more meaningful participation in the Sweat. We met Roy on Friday after checking into a motel. On Saturday he loaded us into his RV and drove to Armstrong, a very small town 150 miles due north of Thunderbay, where we were carefully given into the hands of Ike, his Elder. Armstrong was developed as a military facility during WWII where the soldiers lived in fragile frame houses. Ike’s home was a clean, small domicile with two floors, modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. They had built a 2 room lodge in the back from young tree trunks bent into an arch covered over by clear plastic. A pit was dug into the ground in the center of both rooms. Fire burned in the rear room where large rocks cooked until they glowed red. The entrance was through a door in the main part of the structure and it had a curtained space at the back to change into loose non-binding clothing to liberally release bodily fluids in the heat without constriction. A small hollowed out mound dominates the center intentionally symbolizing a woman’s pregnant belly sticking up from the bare ground. There’s an opening in the mound through which we crawl around a centralized pit dug to receive the glowing hot stones that are deposited. The four of us followed Ike crawling clockwise on all fours around the pit in this snug space only big enough to comfortably hold maybe 8 people sitting up. Roy and his drum were next to last as one of my companions needed to sit closest to the door for the air. The challenge is to not lean on the outer walls so as not to burn your back. I ended up in the “hot” spot where the heat was the most intense when Ike poured herbal water over the steaming stones. The rotation included three prayers marking off four cycles of fifteen minutes of sweltering heat. Ike’s prayers accompanied by Roy’s chanting and drumming were constructed to invoke and invite the spirit hosts for the gathering. The first session is the opening; the second, entry of the male spirit figure; the third, entry of the female spirit figure, and the fourth the closing. While I was in that mound, the whole ritual felt like it only lasted 20 minutes when it was really an hour. I think my intense focus on the here and now concentrating on the heat made it seem shorter. We were advised that if the heat got too much, the ground was cool and that heat stayed at the top. I thought of laying my cheek on the cool Earth several times, but a voice in my head clearly said, “Don’t lie down. Face the Fire.” So obediently I sat back up and turned toward the pit when water poured from my body. Ike’s prayers, Roy’s singing with his drum and the spirits joining us in that little oven were a true comfort. I didn’t think I could do it. That male spirit told me it wasn’t as hard as I thought. Face the Fire it said and so I did. Afterwards Roy drove us back to Thunderbay and gave us a tour of the Reservation. He said we could each take a tumbled rock from a mountain which sits close to the waters of Superior. I keep my rock on the floor of my office under the window. But my souvenir was the warm memories I carry with me daily of Roy’s humor, knowledge and hospitality and Ike’s strength and prayer. So facing the fire means what? Enduring a process I think impossible? Changing something I don’t believe is possible to change? Taking personal responsibility for my actions? Trusting one more time? Accepting help when I need help? Paying attention to how I am not aligned with my soul? – home and family? – Gaia? – my ancestors? Reality is obviously a matter of perception, language, definition, social strictures. If a spirit’s presence can be logically defined by cultures, or even by vision that not everybody has, we need to accept that not all interpretations are about “ourselves” and how we interpret our own visions. For me there were spirits with us in the midst of the heat and steam. We have a soul. It is not religious or judgmental, nor does it ask us to do anything against our natures. Interacting with spirit is interacting with Mystery, which is a mystical process. All I know, is that it works for me – with or without my filters.

    WHY ARE WE HERE? Deviant Minds can be called a sanctuary for mytics, particularly those without a home. This is of special importance to those of us living in an American system immersed in the Industrial Military Complex where reality is focused on the acquisition of money and power. There is no category in our vernacular for mysticism, the idea being its delusional and is relegated to RELIGION, the structure of which comes from that same Industrial Military Complex. But we're here to tell you that mysticism is a biological reality and there is a living consciousness that can be clearly engaged in what Carl Jung designated as the Collective Unconscious that I call the 5th Dimension. We have stretched further though to see innumerable ways in which that Conciousness engages human beings here in the material world defined in the 4th Dimension. ​ WHAT HAPPAENED? My husband and I married in 1984. Being Left-Brained analytical and not comfortable with much woowoo, he needed to be shown that everything I had tried to tell him over 12 years of marriage was real and not delusional. I am a mystic without a religion or culture which is better explained in my genealogy found on Wikitree. Once convinced I was real, we became an amazing team that was able to open a temple for "sumerian gods" that channeled through us. They identified themselves as First Born and so, this website is presently made up of the First Born Temple Terra Incognita (TTI) community to report our events, academics, pilgrimages and yes, magick. The 1423 is a code number for FB Monads that define a much larger network of conscious life, both mortal and not, who arrive on this planet from the 6th dimension existing beyond both time and space. ​ HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AND ARE DEFINEABLE FB were identified most immediately by local Semites as "Nephilim" or "Fallen Angels", labels which were misapplied by mystic Jews in the 7th Century BCE. Christianity found the term useful as it rose in power throughout Europe. Propaganda is a powerful tool for those in authority providing its society an enemy and battle for their followers to overcome. Often this enemy is politicized an example being the Catholic Dominicans in the Middle Ages as they perverted Cernunnos, a popular Celtic fertility god into a God of Evil and Lord of Hell. WHO WERE/ARE THE FIRSTBORN? 4 entities made up the original Monad. A monad is one "cell" that splits into 4 distinct beings. This process was best explained by Aryan Upinhads for Hindus and the Jewish Kabbalists from the Semitic Islamic/Jewish Ibrahamic tradition which I will talk about in a post I'll identify later. That original Monad that arrived here were eventually given Semitic names being: Jerusha, the mother who was pregnant with Lilith; Lilith who was too large for her mother to survive the birthing and was also born pregnant with the first of her Lilin. Jerusha had a consort Meshach, a classic angelic force who was here as Jerusha’s protector, and Lilith’s consort, ultimately named Lucifer, Lord of the Morning Star (Venus). There’s a fascinating story as to how an antedeluvian entity, Inanna’s morning star was appropriated for a minor deity and then further elevated to a God of Evil a millennia and half later in 13th century literature . This Monad is the final expression of what I will call "SKY" (air) god a product of trillions of years of FB life forms that have existed since the beginning of time: Earth being their last. They landed on Dilmun , in the mountains of the Indus Valley Civilization around 3500 BCE. This was an already existing system evolving from its source in Gobeklitepe. Eventually Enki, born from the original prototype apparently finds his way west 600 miles on the coast to settle Eridu at the mouth of the Persian Gulf establishing the first city of Sumer. We allow that time for gods is different than the revolutions of Earth around the Sun in the 4th Dimension so align material history with FB experience which is why there are a few differences between Their story and an oral myth passed down over 1,000 years after the event. For example, Enki is Dumuzi’s father. The Semitics understand Enki as Adam and Dumuzi as Caine for Dumuzi’s brother did die and Enki was extremely unhappy and threw Dumuzi out of his home to establish his home elsewhere. What Dumuzi did after impregnating a witch Lilith who lives in a cave in the Himalayas was follow the same currents as his father up the Persian Gulf, but rather than go to Eridu became the 3d King of Bad Tibia and the 5th king of Sumer. She gave birth to triplets, Inanna, Ereshkegal and Utu (Semitic Shamash). ​ FB MYTH IDENTIFING A TRADITION Myth was created because human beings need context between their mortal "life and death" concerns and interacting with a 6th Dimension conciousness. Such communications need a historical premise. Within the First Born Sumerian, Dumuzi connects with Inanna at some point. Difficulties and challenges arise as though incest is common in the 6th dimension, it is toxic in the 4th. From a FirstBorn perspective, Inanna was Dimuzi's daughter created to be his mate, but she dies and targets Dumuzi for death because she died with their newborn child and he was uing its new conciousness in a ritual as he believed his beloved Inanna had passed. But she rose from the dead with the help of her grandfather Enki and demands justice a he acted prematurely. Dumuzi’s sister Gestinanna begs to share her brother’s fate and they create a seasonal wheel between the Winter and Summer Solstice. ​ Lyris being a 3d degree Wiccan from the We st Coa st told us that becau se our god s are so palpable, when a sked to say we are of the Mytery' s Tradition.   • New Moon Ritual Discussion January 12 RESOLVE

    The New Moon is January 12th and peaks at 9:00 PM MST. I pulled the 10 of wands from the Tarot of Sexual Magic as this weekend is my birthday and I will be spending it in the highly sexual Las Vegas (masked, socially distanced and being super safe). I decided to go with the intent of RESOLVE. For me, this would mean the beginning of the process of resolution of any lingering issues. Maybe this is from 2020 or the recent events of 2021. Or maybe even on a smaller scale, you might have something going on for yourself that you want to move passed. This would be the case for me. New Moons are for banishing and resolution is a process that has to start somewhere. So start the process today and know that you have time to make the change and it does not have to be instant.     DAVID 63. Chi Chi / After Completion above K'AN THE ABYSMAL, WATER below LI THE CLINGING, FIRE This hexagram is the evolution of T'ai PEACE 11. The transition from confusion to order is completed, and everything is in its proper place even in particulars. The strong lines are in the strong places, the weak lines in the weak places. This is a very favorable outlook, yet it gives reason for thought. For it is just when perfect equilibrium has been reached that any movement may cause order to revert to disorder. The one strong line that has moved to the top, thus effecting complete order in details, is followed by the other lines. Each moving according to its nature, and thus suddenly there arises again the hexagram P'i, STANDSTILL 12. Hence the present hexagram indicates the conditions of a time of climax, which necessitate the utmost caution. THE JUDGMENT AFTER COMPLETION. Success in small matters. Perseverance furthers. At the beginning good fortune. At the end disorder. The transition from the old to the new time is already accomplished. In principle, everything stands systematized, and it si only in regard to details that success is still to be achieved. In respect to this, however, we must be careful to maintain the right attitude. Everything proceeds as if of its own accord, and this can all too easily tempt us to relax and let thing take their course without troubling over details. Such indifference is the root of all evil. Symptoms of decay are bound to be the result. Here we have the rule indicating the usual course of history. But this rule is not an inescapable law. He who understands it is in position to avoid its effects by dint of unremitting perseverance and caution. THE IMAGE Water over fire: the image of the condition In AFTER COMPLETION. When water in a kettle hangs over fire, the two elements stand in relation and thus generate energy (cf. the production of steam). But the resulting tension demands caution. If the water boils over, the fire is extinguished an its energy is lost. If the heat is too great, the water evaporates into the air. These elements here brought in to relation and thus generating energy are by nature hostile to each other. Only the most extreme caution can prevent damage. In life too there are junctures when all forces are in balance and work in harmony, so that everything seems to be in the best of order. In such times only the sage recognizes the moments that bode danger and knows how to banish it by means of timely precautions. LINES Six in the second place means: The woman loses the curtain of her carriage. Do not run after it; On the seventh day you will get it. When a woman drove out in her carriage, she had a curtain that hid her from the glances of the curious. It was regarded as a breach of propriety to drive on if this curtain was lost. Applied to public life, this means that a man who wants to achieve something is not receiving that confidence of the authorities which he needs, so to speak, for his personal protection. Especially in times "after completion" it may happen that those who have come to power grow arrogant and conceited and no longer trouble themselves about fostering new talent. This as a rule results in office seeking. If a man's superiors withhold their trust from him, he will seek ways and means of getting it and of drawing attention to himself. We are warned against such an unworthy procedure: "Do not seek it." Do not throw yourself away on the world, but wait tranquilly and develop your personal worth by your own efforts. Times change. When the six stages of the hexagram have passed, the new era dawns. That which is a man's own cannot be permanently lost. It comes to him of its own accord. He need only be able to wait. Nine in the fifth place means: The neighbor in the east who slaughters an ox Does not attain as much real happiness As the neighbor in the west With his small offering. Religious attitudes are likewise influenced by the spiritual atmosphere prevailing in times after completion. In divine worship the simple old forms are replaced by an ever more elaborate ritual and an ever greater outward display. But inner seriousness is lacking in this show of magnificence; human caprice takes the place of conscientious obedience to the divine will. However, while man sees what is before his eyes, God looks into the heart. Therefore a simple sacrifice offered with real piety holds a greater blessing than an impressive service without warmth. NEREIDA 22. Pi / Grace THE JUDGMENT GRACE has success. In small matters It is favorable to undertake something. Grace brings success. However, it is not the essential or fundamental thing; it is only the ornament and therefore be used sparingly and only in little things. In the lower trigram of fire a yielding line comes between two strong lines and makes them beautiful, but the strong lines are the essential content and the weak line is the beautifying form. In the upper trigram of the mountain, the strong line takes the lead, so that here again the strong element must be regarded as the decisive factor. In nature we see in the sky the strong light of the sun; the life of the world depends on it. But this strong, essential thing is changed and given pleasing variety by the moon and the stars. In human affairs, aesthetic form comes into being when traditions exist that, strong and abiding like mountains, are made pleasing by a lucid beauty. By contemplating the forms existing in the heavens we come to understand time and its changing demands. Through contemplation of the forms existing in human society it becomes possible to shape the world. THE IMAGE Fire at the foot of the mountain: The image of GRACE. Thus does the superior man proceed When clearing up current affairs. But he dare not decide controversial issues in this way. The fire, whose light illuminates the mountain and makes it pleasing, does not shine far; in the same way, beautiful form suffices to brighten and to throw light upon matters of lesser moment, but important questions cannot be decided in this way. They require greater earnestness. NO LINES ME: 14. Ta Yu / Possession in Great Measure THE JUDGMENT POSSESSION IN GREAT MEASURE. Supreme success. The two trigrams indicate that strength and clarity unite. Possessions great measure is determined by fate and accords with the time. How is it possible that the weak line has power to hold the strong lines fast and to possess them? It is done by virtue of unselfish modesty. The time is favorable--a time of strength within, clarity and culture without. Power is expressing itself in graceful and controlled way. This brings supreme success and wealth. THE IMAGE Fire in heaven above: The image of POSSESSION IN GREAT MEASURE. Thus the superior man curbs evil and furthers good, And thereby obeys the benevolent will of heaven. The sun in heaven above, shedding light over everything one earth, is the image of possession on a grand scale. But a possession of this sort must be administered properly. The sun brings both evil and good into the light of day. Man must combat and curb the evil, and must favor and promote the good. Only in this way does he fulfill the benevolent will of God, who desires only good and not evil. THE LINES Nine at the top means: He is blessed by heaven. Good fortune. Nothing that does not further. In the fullness of possession and at the height of power, one remains modest and gives honor to the sage who stands outside the affairs of the world. By this means one puts oneself under the beneficent influence descending from heaven, and all goes well. Confucius says of this line: To bless means to help. Heaven helps the man who is devoted; men help the man who is true. He who walks in truth and is devoted in his thinking, and furthermore reveres the worthy, is blessed by heaven. He has good fortune, and there is nothing that would not further. ABOU 46. Shêng / Pushing Upward PUSHING UPWARD has supreme success. One must see the great man. Fear not. All obstructions that generally block progress fall away here. Things proceed with remarkable ease. Unhesitatingly one follows this road, in order to profit by one's success. Seen from without, everything seems to be in the best of order. However, no promise of good fortune is added. It is a question how long such unobstructed success can last. But it is wise not to yield to such misgivings, because they only inhibit one's power. Instead, the point is to profit by the propitiousness of time.
